Cancellation, Deposit & Liability Policy
By requesting service from Tactical Towing & Roadside Assistance, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
A standard cancellation fee of $25.00 will apply to all towing and roadside assistance services once dispatch has been initiated. This fee covers administrative costs, dispatch coordination, fuel, scheduling, and reserved service time.
For all insurance-related service calls, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required once the transaction has been processed through dispatch and payment, including virtual card authorization or any approved payment method, has been received. Once payment authorization and dispatch services are completed, the deposit becomes non-refundable regardless of cancellation, change of mind, delay, refusal of service, or inability of the customer or third party to complete the service request.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the vehicle condition, location, accessibility, ownership, and requested service. Tactical Towing & Roadside Assistance reserves the right to refuse refunds or compensation when inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information affects the service provided.
By signing any waiver form, invoice, dispatch authorization, or service agreement, the customer fully releases and discharges Tactical Towing & Roadside Assistance, its operators, contractors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims relating to vehicle condition, pre-existing damages, incidental damages, access limitations, towing risks, loading/unloading procedures, storage, transportation, roadside assistance services, or unforeseen mechanical issues. Once signed and dated, no damage claims or liability claims will be accepted or paid.
Once any service has been performed, initiated, dispatched, scheduled, or completed, Tactical Towing & Roadside Assistance maintains sole and final discretion regarding any partial refund, account credit, or adjustment, if any. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
By using our services, the customer agrees that Tactical Towing & Roadside Assistance’ documentation, photos, dispatch records, timestamps, signed agreements, and service reports shall serve as primary evidence in any dispute, claim, or chargeback matter.
